Annapolis Boat Show | October 15–18, 2026 | Annapolis, MD
Our fall show season wraps up on the Chesapeake this October, and we’re bringing two of our most talked-about models to do it. The Annapolis Boat Show is consistently one of our biggest events of the year, and 2026 is no exception, so join us on the docks to see the Balance 502 and Balance 580 side by side.
On Display
Balance 502
Our trend-setting speedster, with optional Hybrid VersaDrive propulsion. At 50 ft LOA with a 1,539 sq ft sailplan, the 502 has already logged a 24-hour run of 274 nautical miles and cruises comfortably at up to 18 knots — all while remaining easy to handle short-handed. She’s small enough to manage as a couple, yet capable of carrying serious cruising payloads across oceans.
Balance 580
The high-performance voyager for sailors with speed in their hearts and luxury on their minds. At just over 58 ft LOA with a 2,249 sq ft sailplan, the 580 offers a lighter, stiffer platform that holds its edge for decades. Three furling headsails put shorthanded sail control at your fingertips, and she was recently named a SAIL Magazine Top 10 Best Boats 2026 winner.
What to Expect on the Docks
Balance staff will be aboard both boats throughout the show to walk you through layout options, performance, and the full Balance range, from the 464 up through the 750. Whether you’re curious about VersaDrive hybrid propulsion or just want to see what sets a Balance apart belowdecks, our team will be on hand to answer questions.
Serious potential buyers may also be offered demo sails during and after the show, a chance to feel the performance firsthand on the water that inspired so much of Balance’s own testing and development.
