The Balance 580 is designed for comfort and versatility, with a variety of cabin configurations to suit your lifestyle: three, four, or five cabins.
- Three-cabin layout: One hull dedicated to a spacious owner’s cabin, while the other side houses two private guest cabins with en suite heads and showers. Perfect for liveaboard couples who entertain guests or crew.
- Four-cabin layout: Divides the owner’s hull into two en suite cabins—one large owner’s aft cabin and one private guest cabin—while the starboard hull accommodates two additional guest cabins sharing heads and showers. Ideal for larger groups or permanent crew.
Five-cabin layout: Adds a forward set of bunks for even more guests, expanding your hosting potential without compromising comfort.
Seamless Indoor-Outdoor Flow
The 580’s design emphasizes openness and connection to the outdoors. Large doors open fully to create a flush transition between cockpit and saloon, while the galley island provides clear sightlines across the space. Every inch of this vessel is optimized for living, from the spacious cockpit to the raised settee lounge, where panoramic views abound.
Bespoke Comfort and Style
The 580 combines contemporary style with practical performance. Vinyl flooring and real wood veneered foam-core cabinetry keep weight low without sacrificing elegance. Real glass windows provide safety and durability while offering uninterrupted views. And as always with Balance Catamarans, customization is key: owners can select upholstery, countertops, and even collaborate with local artisans to make their boat a personal expression of style.

Larger windows, a redesigned mullion-free layout, and expanded overhead hatches flood the saloon with natural light and airflow.
The U-shaped galley remains — because it simply works at sea — and is fully equipped with:
